Muti-agent proximal policy optimization for data freshness in UAV-assisted networks

This paper optimizes UAV scheduling and device association to minimize Age-of-Updates (AoU) for time-sensitive IoT data. Using a probabilistic update model and convex optimization, the approach outperforms binary association methods.

Ensemble DNN for Age-of-Information Minimization in UAV-assisted Networks

This paper optimizes UAV locations and device selection to minimize Age-of-Information (AoI) in UAV-assisted networks. An Ensemble Deep Neural Network (EDNN) approach achieves a 29.5% improvement over traditional methods.

Age-of-Information in UAV-assisted Networks: a Decentralized Multi-Agent Optimization

This paper optimizes UAV trajectories and IoT device selection to minimize weighted Age-of-Information (AoI) using Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP). It employs a distributed Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) approach for near-centralized performance with lower communication overhead.
